Please arrive 5-10 mins early for your appointment and park in the lot to the west of the Ritchie Mill which is free.
Use the intercom atop the main stairs and dial 5015 and press the green telephone button and I'll buzz you in. Have a seat in the 4th floor waiting room.
Washrooms are just past the elevators.
Please feel free to cancel your appointment by phone, text or email if you feel unwell in any way.
It would be best to pay via e-trasfer ahead of time (tdjlane@gmail.com)or have a cheque ready to avoid using cash as I won't have any change available.

A minimum of 24 hours for the cancellation and rescheduling of appointments is required otherwise a full session rate is charged.
